We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our ever-growing, fast paced team.
The role of a warehouse operative is pivotal in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery of goods to customers.
As a Warehouse Operative you will:
Process orders through our well established systems
Pick and pack orders for shipment
Organise and retrieve stock in the warehouse
Inspect products for defects and damages
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Keep accurate records of inventory and stock levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
About you:
Proven experience in a warehouse environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Excellent organisational skills
Strong decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Proficiency in using computers and software
Positive and patient demeanour
Strong attention to detail for accuracy
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Industry experience is preferred but not essential

Warehouse Manager
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our ever-growing, fast paced team.
The role of a Warehouse Manager is pivotal in ensuring smooth Warehouse Operations and timely delivery of goods to customers.
In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safety compliance, and work closely with other departments to optimise supply chain processes.As a Warehouse Manager you will:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimise efficiency and reduce errors
Coordinate with purchasing, operations and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping times, stock levels, and workforce productivity
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for senior management.

Starting Salary: £14phAbout the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures
Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
Preparing VAT returns and supporting submissions
Handling expense claims and credit control
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Minimum AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience using Xero accounting software (essential)
Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good understanding of accounting principles and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and team work
Desirable
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of VAT and UK accounting regulations
