The Trakker NXG Chilla Session Food Bag is purposefully designed for keeping food chilled with high-density insulated walls incorporating an easy-clean foil liner boasting super-thermal properties and ultimate performance to ensures your food is kept at its freshest. Internally, elastic straps are included for securing ice packs, food or bottles and a mesh zipped storage pocket on the underside of the lid.
The large outer pockets give a multitude of storage options for all your cookware items.
The side pockets are big enough to store stoves, kettles, gas bottles, pots and pans and other cooking essentials.
The large zipped front pocket includes a one-person cutlery set with everything you’ll need for your session.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days of your order. Priority delivery can be selected at checkout, we aim to despatch all express delivery purchases on the same business day if order if placed before 1pm or the next business day. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, shipments sent on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Any returns received outside of this time frame (except for faulty or damaged products) will be subject to rejection at our discretion.

RETURNS PERIODS

PLEASE NOTE: Any products returned without a returns form from our customer service team will not be processed. Any products returned outside of the return period specified above (except for faulty or damaged products) may be rejected or may only qualify for a partial refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may instead return your purchase to you. Before sending it, you will be charged the applicable delivery fee for the products and your location.

We aim to process all returns within 3-4 business days of the item being returned to us.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Most products available are guaranteed by manufacturers' warranties for up to 1 year after purchase. Some products have longer warranty periods, and this will be noted in the product description. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear. In the event of a product becoming faulty, please contact our customer service team who will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note due to manufacturer processing times this can take 6-8 weeks and is out of our control. We will do everything we can to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible for you.
CARE HANDLING OF GOODS
When your products arrive, please fully inspect them and try any items on for size. Should you decide not to keep your purchase, you have a statutory duty to ensure care is taken of the goods. Please ensure goods are not damaged, and the packaging is kept intact. Should you decide to return any item, it must arrive in new condition with all packaging undamaged.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to reject or deduct any amount due by way of compensation for repairs to cover any losses where the correct care has not been taken and returned in an as-new state.
